These terms govern use of the Kuvaira website and the conversations, quotations, and gifting services arranged through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries, quotes, and orders

An enquiry is not an order. A quotation becomes binding only when Kuvaira confirms the scope, price, payment terms, and delivery details in writing. We may correct obvious errors, substitute unavailable items with approval, or decline a request that we cannot fulfil responsibly.

Prices and payment

Prices are provided in the quotation and may include or exclude taxes, delivery, customisation, or other charges as stated there. Work may begin after the agreed advance or full payment is received. Payment-provider terms may apply separately.

Personalisation and approvals

You are responsible for checking names, spellings, logos, addresses, quantities, and artwork before approval. Once personalised production begins, changes or cancellation may not be possible and may incur the committed costs.

Delivery and delays

We coordinate delivery to the address confirmed by you. Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees, because carriers, weather, public holidays, stock, and events outside our control can affect timing. You must provide accurate recipient and access details.

Cancellations, returns, and damaged goods

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether sourcing, customisation, or dispatch has started and will be stated in the quotation where possible. If a package arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us promptly with photographs and the order details so we can investigate with the relevant provider.

Website content and intellectual property

Text, photographs, marks, layouts, and other content on this website belong to Kuvaira or its licensors. You may view the website for personal or business evaluation, but may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission. Product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use and disclaimers

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or attempt unauthorised access. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for accurate information but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every product, image, or description will always be current.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Kuvaira is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or a delay outside our reasonable control. We may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version.
